Caper is more than the newest foodie publication on the market. Caper is an artisan movement celebrating the ever increasing food scene from delis, markets, independent brands, eateries, farm shops and then some, as well as celebrating the classic establishments and labels, always ever evolving. 

Growing from a print and online magazine to online videos, side projects, pop up restaurants and community engagement initiatives, it will be some ride, it will be some Caper. 

Food is so much more than ingredients, it is a culture, it is a belonging,  it is a lifestyle…or rather it is a way of life and we aim to capture this across the UK and the World. 

It is about people, places, regions, history and the evolution of food.
